The Leadership Institute provides the information and training that supports knowledgeable managers, mid-managers, and administrators to effectively lead and develop their programs and earn a leadership certificate. It’s an opportunity to learn new leadership skills and strategies to provide a quality education for the leaders of tomorrow!

OUR PROGRAM INCLUDES FIVE ONLINE COURSES:

Each online course is 10 weeks and includes an executive coach to assist in completing projects. The cost of each online course is $1,052.00. Please submit all payments to Education Works, Inc. For convenience you may also pay for these courses using PayPal.

Leading Change
This course is designed to introduce and examine the principles of change, explore change models, and effective strategies to implement change.

Quality Assurance & Systems Thinking in Education
This course presents the fundamentals of systems thinking and demonstrates its application to the education setting.

Creating a Learning Organization
This course presents the principles and theoretical perspectives of creating a learning organization. This course provides the methodology utilized to create a learning organization and the strategies.

Organization and Program Development
This course is designed to explore the conceptual and methodological issues related to organization and program development. The course will employ a practical approach to teach the fundamentals of sustainable organization and program development.

Strategic Planning and Analysis
This course introduces and examines the principles of strategic planning and analysis. The course explores tools utilized for effective strategic planning.
